Intec Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 27, 2012, inter alia, have considered and approved the allotment of 6,00,000 5% Convertible Preferential Shares having face value of Rs 100/- (Rupees Hundred) each for cash, aggregating to Rs 6,00,00,000/- (Rupees Six Crores) to Promoter and Non Promoter allottees through preferential allotment.Source : BSE
