Pix Transmissions board declares special dividend of Rs 3

Pix Transmissions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2012, inter alia, has approved the following:- Declaration of Special Dividend @ Rs. 3/- per share, out of the operating profit and profit on sale of Hose Division as reported by the Company in its Un-audited Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012.The Special Dividend will be paid on or after December 14, 2012.Source : BSE
