Tata Motors Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to terms and conditions of the Notes, the Company has allotted 1,15,585 Underlying Ordinary Shares of Rs. 2/- each (representing 23,117 ADSs arising out of conversion of 3 4% Foreign Currency Convertible Notes due in 2014 of US0,000 each) at a premium of Rs. 118.119 per share.Post the above allotment, the share capital of the Company is as below:2707846826 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 2/- each481959190 'A' Ordinary Shares of Rs. 2/- each.Source : BSE
