Mardia Samyoung Capillary Tubes Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) vide its order dated August 09, 2012, sanctioned the Revival Scheme (herein referred as "the scheme"). The Revival Scheme consists of Scheme of Amalgamation between Mardia Extrusions Limited (MEL) the First Transferor Company and Mardia Tubes Limited (MTL), The Second Transferor Company with Mardia Samyoung Capillary tubes Company Limited (MSL), Restructuring of Share Capital of the Company Post Amalgamation, Infusion of Funds in the Company through Preferential Issue to strategic investors and other exemption / relief / concession in the said scheme.The Scheme has been made effective by filing the said order of the Hon'ble Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), with the Registrar of Companies, Maha rashtra, Mumbai on January 12, 2013.Source : BSE
