Triveni Turbine Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 10, 2013, have appointed Mr. Meleveetil Damodaran as an Additional Director (Non Executive - Independent) on the Board of the Company effective from April 10, 2013.Mr. Damodaran, retired IAS officer is a business executive and a former Chairman of Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
