Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that the duly authorized Committee of the Directors of the Company in its meeting held on October 11, 2013 has passed a resolution approving the early closure of the Issue on October 14, 2013.The Company will issue a public notice in accordance with the provisions of the Prospectus dated September 23, 2013, through an advertisement in the leading national daily newspapers on October 12, 2013 in connection with such early closure of the Issue.Accordingly, October 14, 2013 shall be the last day for inviting subscriptions in relation to the Issue and the Issue will close on October 14, 2013.Source : BSE
