Confidence Trading Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 18, 2013, inter alia, has approved as under :1. The Board discussed and approved the Sub-division of shares from 1 share of Rs. 10/- each to 10 shares of Rs. 1/- each, fully paid.2. The Board has decided to hold Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company at 12.30 PM on December 13, 2013 at the registered office of the company for the purpose of sub division of shares.3.
