I will buy Steel Authority of India (SAIL) with a target of Rs 85.50. Overall, I like the high beta play and within that play, metals would continue to be a favourite of mine. I would have a longer term target of closer to Rs 125. For the day I will buy it with a target of Rs 85.50.
PSU banks have corrected prior to the Budget and post the Budget but they are now looking good for a bounce back. Allahabad Bank is a stock which in any case is quoting well below its book value and has reasonable upside. For the day I will buy it with a target of Rs 120.50.
Jain Irrigation Systems is a stock that I like on the back of its micro irrigation story and the kind of emphasis that it is likely to get going ahead and the kind of outlay that they have had in the Budget. I would have a longer term target of closer to Rs 150 in the stock and for the day I am buying it with a target of Rs 107.
One can buy GMR Infrastructure with a target of Rs 27.30. Overall this is a stock that has seen tremendous corrections from Rs 38 levels to current levels. The kind of de-leveraging effort that they have done with the 40 percent sale in the Istanbul airport and the possibility that things could work out in their favour with the other airport issue that they have.
