To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014.2. To consider and approve subject to approval of Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, re-appointment of Shri Sandeep Agrawal as Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. August 01, 2014 till July 31, 2019.3. To consider and approve the draft Board's report for the year ended on March 31, 2014 and draft notice convening 23rd Annual General Meeting of Members of the Company.4. To approve Cost Audit Reports of the Company for Financial Year 2013-14 and Compliance Report as per the Cost Accounting Records (Electricity Industry) Rules, 2011 for the Financial Year 2013-14.5. To consider and appoint Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial year 2014-15.Further, trading window will be closed from July 15, 2014 to July 28, 2014 (both days inclusive) as per Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under the SEB (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.Source : BSE
